Psychological Safety in Higher Education and Mobility Programmes

The workshop Psychological Safety in Higher Education and Mobility Programmes introduces the concept of psychological safety and inclusive environments, emphasizing their importance within academic settings, particularly in mobility programmes. Designed for the Unite! community, the two-hour session aims to raise awareness of how psychologically safe environments can positively impact productivity at individual, group, and organizational levels.

Participants actively engage with the topic, contributing to the creation of safer spaces. The goal is to initiate the development of such environments by exploring the role of individuals, groups, and institutions in maintaining and transforming organizational culture.

This reflective process encourages a shift in how participants perceive themselves and their institutions, fostering integration of key concepts and a commitment to inclusive practices. The workshop took place in the Unite! Dialogue, in Darmstadt, and was open to 30 registered participants from across the Unite! community.
