Belonging, Community and Trust within Unite!
The Belonging, Community and Trust within Unite! workshop is a 1.5-hour research-based activity designed to explore how members of the Unite! community—faculty, staff, and students—conceptualize and perceive the dimensions of belonging, community, and trust. Using a group concept mapping approach, the research aims to compare and prioritize these representations across different stakeholder groups within the network. Participants learn about the project's findings and actively contribute to its development.
The initiative is part of Community 6 and is connected to Community 3, aligning with themes such as IDEA Talks and Psychological Safety. This collaboration supports the generation of structured data to inform future actions and improvements. Open to all Unite! members upon registration, participants receive preparatory assignments ahead of the session. This activity took place at the Unite! Dialogue, in Darmstadt.
